Domestic
We accept requests for return, refund, and replacement only under the following circumstances:
Broken or Damaged Products: If the product you received is broken or damaged upon arrival.
Product Mismatch: If the product does not match the specifications mentioned during the order placement.
Please Note:
In the case of a domestic return, deductions for shipping, marketing, operations, and damages may be applied before issuing a refund.
We accept returns for physical products within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Turnaround Time: IN CASE ANY REFUND IS APPROVED, IT WILL TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET CREDITED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellation is valid only until the product is dispatched. We are unable to entertain cancellation requests once the product has been shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.
Replacement Policy:
Replacement product will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
